Our product is very simple and allows a legally responsible person to arrange for an immediate cremation or burial; without any unwanted services or products. For an absolute minimum charge: We will transfer the deceased person from the institution where the remains are; (Hospital, Nursing Home, Hospice Facility, or Medical Examiner's Office.), we will bring the individual to our facility where we will *re-confirm identification, place remains in the minimum cardboard cremation container, and deliver to the crematory. We will order the required number of death certificates and they will be mailed to you. THAT'S IT, IT'S THAT SIMPLE. *Identification is made at the place where the person is removed. Identification is done at hospitals, nursing homes or hospice facilities. This is accomplished by either, family, friend or institution employee (known to the deceased). Identification is confirmed by our staff by matching wrist band and toe tag identifiers; and verified by nurse or institutional security agent. At this time, our staff places a non removable identification tag which includes the name of the deceased, location of pickup, and removal agents name. Cremation WILL NOT BE CARRIED OUT, If at any time there are questions or concerns about a deceased persons identity, until Identification is confirmed. Identification is again verified upon delivery to the funeral home. Identification is verified when remains are placed into cremation container, and one last verification upon deliver to the crematory.
