Our basic $20 Cardboard Cremation Container is just that, plain brown cardboard, suitable for cremation.
In the event that you will have a service prior to cremation you may consider using a different container. There are several examples below.

CARDBOARD CASKETS - (The Evergreen) We do not carry these in stock, they are special order, but we can have within several hours of ordering. (The Evergreen is available in Dark or Light Colors and are suitable for use in a service or church setting.) They look and feel like real wood with a velvet interior.

DO YOU RENT CASKETS? No, we do not. This Evergreen above, is the reason why we do not. Rather than move remains, in and out of a casket, new interiors etcetera, this casket will be cremated with the deceased inside. There is nothing wrong with a funeral home that rents caskets! (Personally we have an ethical issue with it - why? If anyone were to see a funeral director removing remains from a casket, {like at the crematory}, it could be misinterpreted by the observer, as something unethical. Our philosophy, why subject the crematory staff, or our own staff to that type of misunderstanding; and for that reason alone, we just won't do it.
Real wood caskets are also available. We can forward photos to you if you decide that you would like a more traditional casket for cremation.
